Forty Years
It was 40 years ago that people first walked on the moon.
Yes, I remember it well... My mother was pregnant with my older sister, and it was a world of infinite possibility.

Your older sister? The landing on the moon you weren't alive for?
The exact one. *sniff*
Just the thought of it brings back a glint in my father's eye, and he passed away more than five years ago.
And guess what? I was born at 6:29 a.m. the next morning, so the front page of the New York Times that day said "Men Walk on Moon."
And every time I have a major birthday I have to be reminded of them walking on the moon. I'm not sure they ever did. Some scientist I know of in Greece believes it never happened because the flag was blowing and there is no wind on the moon.
However, you should look up the Ali G interview of Buzz Aldrin if you haven't seen it before. It is CLASSIC.
