Our 7-Year-Old Chief Justice
Chief Justice William Rehnquist has proved the theorem that the aged often regress. When asked by a reporter if he's going to retire, the Chief Justice said, "That's for me to know, and you to find out."
Added Justice Billy, "Nanny-nanny-boo-boo!"
